Theresa Fire was dispatched at 21:24 to Cottage Hill rd. in the Town of Theresa for a structure fire, upon arrival, units found the building fully evolved, crews worked quickly to contain the fire and prevent the fire from spreading to a nearby house. Crews also had to focus on propane tanks which had to be kept cool using 1 3/4" hand lines.
Theresa Fire Dept. was assisted by Redwood, Alex Bay, Plessis, Hammond Fire Departments, Indian River Ambulance & Jefferson County Fire Investigators.
All units were clear of the scene just before 1 am.

At 7:40am Tuesday morning Theresa Fire was dispatched for mutual aid to Philadelphia for a School Bus Accident at the Indian River Middle School. Philadelphia requested Theresa with a Rescue Company. Theresa responded within minutes of the alarm to assist in the situation.
