Frank Traufler
Frank J. Traufler, 47, of 211 Commercial Street died Saturday, June 7, 2014 of natural causes.

Born on October 7, 1966 in Buffalo, NY, he was the son of the late Clark, Sr., and Anne Schlepegrell Traufler. He graduated from Indian River Central School in 1986 and was employed as a supply clerk on Ft. Drum.

He was a former member of the Theresa Fire Dept. and Redwood Fire Dept.

Frank enjoyed playing cards and was an avid Yankees and the Buffalo Bills fan.

Survivors include two sons Brandon Gardner of Rochester, and Clayton Traufler of Redwood three brothers, Clark Traufler and Tracy Mages of Buffalo, John Traufler and his wife Betty of Theresa, George Traufler of Florida a sister, Christine McCue and her husband Randy, Wyoming a sister in law, Chong Traufler, Clayton numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

His parents who died in 1977, an uncle who adopted the Trauflers' after their parents' death, William "Bill" Traufler, a sister, Amy Williams, and a brother, James Traufler all died before him.

There will be a celebration of life on Sunday, June 22, 2014 from 12 pm to 3 pm at the Theresa Fire Hall. Please wear your favorite team apparel or dress casual.

The family would like to thank the Theresa Fire Dept., family, friends and everyone for their kindness and generosity at the time of our loss.
